Once your offer, bid or purchase is accepted, buyer must either pay balance in full within 24h or pay a non refundable down payment within 24h and pay the remainder within 72h by bank wire transfer. This custom designed tiny house shell includes a framed and ready exterior with a ready to built interior for the avid DIY.
This basic tiny house shell does not include any wiring, plumbing, insulation, lofts, walls or rooms framed. It is a shell, the house includes a completed exterior and unfinished interior (only studs inside). All homes are built to order.

Basic Shell does not include loft framing this is a add-on option for an additional cost.
