Description

This home was developed as a prototype for a modular construction program and is for sale.
The frame is made of non-combustible and environmentally friendly cold-formed metal studs. Heating and Cooling are handled through the PTAC.
All you need on the site is either screw piles or concrete footings.
There is room for a single or double bed, a small table & chair, and a kitchenette. A darker feature wall adds a modern feel to the room. Decorations and furniture not included, and completely customizable.
The stairs shown in the photo will be delivered with the unit if required. Unit is sold as is where is, and freight/installation can be arranged separately if required by the buyer. The unit is currently located in Knoxville, TN.
