Conversion Trailer Renovation/Remodel -Mobile Office/Tiny House/Restroom Trailer

Would make an awesome tiny house/mobile office/restroom trailer or whatever other vision you have.
Originally purchased this restroom trailer in McDade, TX.
Completely reframed and insulated the shell. I have pics and receipts for all the steps taken so far.
I have stopped working on it since 2020 and will not be continuing this build.
Its ready for someone to take it the rest of the way.
ASCI Comfort Station, I believe this is the 24fter model. With a front and back porch. Total length should be closer to 33-35ft and 8ft wide
1500 gal tank runs the length of the trailer. Great for complete off grid living or restroom trailer.
I do have a lot of the stalls and toilets that were part of the original build as well if interested I will included at no extra cost.
I have bill of sale, no title, I've never registered it but will provide a Bill of Sale as well so you can do so in your county. It does drive and pull well.
