This is not a container house, altough it fits into a container!
We provide the full kit building which includes Insulation, Floor finish and cladding (bamboo cladding for the interior), Ready for you to start the internal works to your liking (Internal works not included)
It is a full house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (Assembly MUST be done in site, furniture for the kitchen, bathroom, floor vinil and interior walls are included and are supplied with the house, in proper packaging for they to arrive safely to the construction site).  It is a house, but also it can be used as a cellar, bedroom, office, etc.
This is the best quality Expandable House... Why?  Because we have improved three key points to make it better:
1. We use Q235 steel in the structure.
2.  We improved the steel sheets used in the panel sandwich for the walls, that come painted and ready to use.
3. The features included with the house like the kitchen, bathroom, walls, windows, floor, etc, makes it the best deal.
This house can be installed in site in just 10 minutes by opening the sides, by 2 persons (not including the installation of the kitchen cabinets and bathroom and basic services as plumbing, electrical services, etc).
The steel we use for structures and decks is cold formed Q235 gauge, the same gauge used in large structures, ships and bridges.
The sandwich panel for the walls, includes 50 mm of glasswool for insulation, which have classification  A, marked as  fireproof, to avoid the effect of thermal bridge inside, improving in more than 75% performance against cold and heat and also have acoustic insulation properties,  with international standards.
The floor included are fiber cement boards and it includes Vynil floor.  The fiber cement floor supports 200 kg per square meter.
It also includes a sliding door of aluminium and double glass
1000 * 2040 mm for the exterior.
For the bathroom it includes a toilet, a prefabricated shower, a basin, and faucets.
For the kitchen, it includes an L shaped cabinet, sink and faucet.
It includes additional panel sandwith for the interior divisions for the bathroom and bedrooms, and three interior doors.
The house also includes a front porch / decking, with steel frame and floor boards of WPC (wood plastic composite).  It also has to be installed after the house is on site.  The decking is 200 square feet.
All materials are 100% new, certified as ecological fireproof (fireproof, class A and B materials).

How is the purchase process ?:
At the time of confirming the purchase and making the payment, the order is processed by the factory and a quality control inspector checks that everything is fine, before packing and shipping. This process can take from  10-40 days depending on the time of the year and other circumstances. The transit time between the port of China and the chosen port is 30-60 days to the US and Latin America . Before the arrival of your order, you receive at your home the invoice and BL that confirms that the order was dispatched and necessary paperwork for you to remove your goods from customs. In your country, you carry out the corresponding process and payments to be able to transport them to the place you want.
What will I receive with my order?
A kit, with all the necessary components to assemble the house, kitchen and bathroom.  Also some accessories: nuts and bolts, silicone and others, so that your space is complete and functional.
If basic services required, piping, electricity, etc., they must be installed on site, after assembly.
The materials are resistant to earthquakes and hurricanes. They can be applied in different climates, from cold areas to tropical jungles, islands, mountains, deserts, etc.
The house comes folded on a shipping container and you will need a crane to install.... You level it, and then unfold it.
House furniture is not included.
