In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) we must be contacted within
1 hour
of package delivery, along with clear photos of the dead coral both

the shipping bag and
OUT
of bag.
DOA void if first attempt at delivery is missed. DOA void if buyer requests to hold at FedEx location or change address without contacting us prior to shipping.

Local Pickup Available. We only ship to the 48 continental United States. All livestock is shipped via Overnight freight with heat (or cool) packs in box at packer’s discretion. We only ship Monday and Thursday. Please specify shipping day in “Notes” when ordering.
