This is a non permitted customizable shipping container unit available for purchase with a 2 week build out time. These are built in factory in San Diego, CA with shipping all across the U.S.
Greencontainerhomes will work with you to create a customized design that fits your needs. We offer low end pricing that would get you a container with finished drywall and your choice of windows and doors, allowing you to paint, install your flooring of choice, and do whatever finish work you would want to do onsite. Higher end pricing and product will get you a turn key unit, ready to plug into electric/plumbing and occupy.

-20' or 40' high cube shipping container, wind and water tight
-insulation
-drywall finished, no primer

-flooring of choice installed
-door of choice installed (french door, entry door, etc)
-windows installed
-electrical hookups with electric box
-bathroom or sink with plumbing and water, ready to be connected
-ac unit
-lighting fixtures inside or out
-exterior paint or exterior facade such as siding or stucco
*Shipping and handling:
buyer should estimate 2.00 a mile for shipping costs unless they prefer to outsource shipping on their own. Seller will coordinate whichever way they'd prefer.
